Fair Share Foundation (FSF) is inviting passionate and committed individuals to join our mission of improving the lives of vulnerable groups across Tanzania. As we expand our programs, we are building a strong team of dedicated volunteers who will support our work across key departments.
Volunteer Positions Available
Programs & Community Outreach Volunteer
Supports program planning, field activities, community mobilization, and documentation of beneficiary progress.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Volunteer
Supports data collection, data entry, reporting, and helping improve program performance through evidence-based learning.
Partnerships & Fundraising Volunteer
Assists in identifying funding opportunities, preparing proposals, writing partnership letters, and supporting donor engagement.
Communications & Media Volunteer
Handles photography, videography, social media posts, content writing, designing posters, and documenting stories of impact.
Finance & Administration Volunteer
Supports financial record-keeping, filing, office operations, logistics, and administrative tasks.
Human Resources & Volunteer Management Volunteer
Helps with recruitment, interviews, onboarding, record management, and welfare of volunteers.
General Requirements
- •Must be 18 years or older
- •Certificate, diploma, or degree in any related field depending on the position
- •Good communication skills in English and Swahili
- •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- •Strong ethical conduct and respect for confidentiality
- •Willingness to work with vulnerable populations
- •Must be available at least 3 days per week
- •Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to FSF's mission and core values
- •Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
