Fair Share Foundation implements comprehensive programs to create lasting impact for marginalized communities in Tanzania, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Tanzania Global Impact Program (TGIP)
A volunteer and internship program connecting international and local volunteers with Tanzanian communities in education, health, women empowerment, youth development, and environment.
Impact:
Promotes skills transfer, service delivery, cross-cultural exchange, and boosts Tanzania's image as a volunteer and tourism hub.
Streets Do Not Own Children (SNDOC)
A child protection program reducing the number of street children by providing access to shelter, education, healthcare, and vocational training.
Impact:
Rescued children reintegrated into safe environments and equipped with life skills.
From Shadows to Shine
Supports vulnerable individuals through storytelling, mentorship, health insurance, and vocational training.
Impact:
Empowers at least 500 individuals in 3 years, raises awareness, and mobilizes resources.
Future Builders Program (FBP)
"Building Skills, Building Futures."
Vocational Training & Empowerment Center: FSF plans to establish a vocational training center to equip vulnerable groups such as street youth, women, and school dropouts with practical skills in carpentry, welding, tailoring, plumbing, and related trades.
Impact:
The center will utilize both donated (used and new) machines and collaborate with international volunteers to promote skills exchange, mentorship, and sustainability. This initiative aims to empower participants with employable skills, reduce poverty, and strengthen community self-reliance.
